Data and purpose

The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, event date, guest count, caviar selection and, if you choose to give them, your city or venue and how you found us. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source=instagram), those tags are added to your enquiry so that we can see which link you used; this website does not store them. These data are used to respond to your request and arrange the experience. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry; other details are voluntary.

Legal basis and retention

Processing an enquiry and arranging a booking are based on steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting obligations, where applicable, are based on Article 6(1)(c); establishing or defending claims on Article 6(1)(f). Enquiry correspondence is kept only while needed to resolve your request. Booking records may be kept for applicable statutory periods and until relevant claims expire. The form is not used for marketing.

Service providers

Submitting the form sends your data through FormSubmit to the controller’s Gmail inbox. The website hosting and email providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure their services. FormSubmit’s published policy does not specify processing locations or international-transfer safeguards. You can contact Maksim directly by phone instead of using the form.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller using the details above. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO, or the supervisory authority in your country of residence. No profiling or automated decisions with legal effects are used; the calculator only estimates your package price.

Cookies and security

This website’s code does not add advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Infrastructure providers may use necessary technical mechanisms. The form uses HTTPS, required-field validation, a hidden spam-trap field and duplicate-submission checks. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. No enquiry data is saved by this website in browser storage.
