I’m Maksim Litvinau, a chef based in Warsaw. You may know me from The Morning After, Negroni Centrale or GiGi.

I studied at the Basque Culinary Center and worked at the three-Michelin-starred Arzak.

There Is No Spoon is my personal project, bringing together the things I love and the states of mind I love being in - a little chic, a little punk, and room to let go.
